This Investor Relations Website ("IR Website") is designed and maintained by Insage (MSC) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as "Insage", "we", "our" or "us") and any pages thereof including but not limited to the information, text, images, links, sound, graphics and video sequences displayed therein are referred to as the "Materials".

We have created this Privacy Policy to set out our practices pertaining to the collection, store, use and process of your personal information we collect from you within the IR Website.

This Privacy Policy applies when you use this IR Website as a casual browser. When you provide personal information to us through the IR Website, the data controller is Insage (MSC) Sdn Bhd.

Personal information on this IR Website is collected by Insage on its own behalf and on behalf of the Company. We operate this IR Website on behalf of the Company.

Generally you can visit the IR Website as a casual browser without providing personal information.

Once the subscription is successful, you will receive the Company's latest news and announcements via email.

Insage will use its commercially reasonable effort to safeguard your personal information we collect from you online through employing appropriate physical and technological security measure. When we outsource any processes, we will also ensure that our service provider has applied appropriate security measure and that your personal information is treated securely.

When you give your personal information, that information may be sent electronically to servers within the territorial of Malaysia irrespective of where you originally entered the information.

  • Mr. Apollo Bello Tanco was redesignated as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2024. He previously served as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on our Board and was our Chief Operating Officer from 4 March 2019 to 30 December 2022.

    He graduated cum laude from the Central Philippine University, Iloilo City, with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Accounting in 1987. He earned his Master of Arts in Applied Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific in 1994. He is also a Certified Public Accountant who passed the Philippine licensure exams in 1987.

    He has been with Ayala Land for close to 30 years and brings with him a wealth of both technical and management experience. He served as the Senior Estate Development Head at Ayala Land and is responsible for the development five townships covering almost 5,500 acres. He also served as the Head of Project and Strategic Management Group of Avida Land Corp., which is the development arm of Ayala Land that serves the middle-income segment.

    He is currently serving as a director of our Group and is also a director of Avaland Holdings Bhd., a non-listed public company.

    Save for the above, he does not hold any other directorship in public companies and listed issuers in Malaysia.
