Avaland's Rev Up Campaign Records more than RM200 million in bookings and spurs adoption of eco-friendlier lifestyle
Revving Up Sustainability: Avaland's Rev Up Campaign invites the community to adopt a more eco-conscious lifestyle and open doors to a greener future.
Subang Jaya, 7 February 2024: Avaland recently concluded its community-driven green initiative, the ‘Rev Up’ campaign, which garnered more than RM200million in bookings during the campaign period. The campaign was held in conjunction with World Sustainability Day in October 2023 and spanned over three months. The campaign also aimed to promote ecofriendly practices by generously providing environmentally conscious Electric Vehicles (EVs) to fortunate homeowners and underscored Avaland’s steadfast dedication to sustainability.
Beyond promoting green living, the campaign facilitated convenient homeownership by offering complimentary Memorandum of Transfer for some of its projects, free stamp duty on housing loans, and free stamp duty on Sales and Purchase agreements. Simultaneously, the developer empowered potential home ownership within the community by providing customers with added benefits, including additional rebates on Avaland’s range of properties on top of existing packages.
Addressing the Grand Finale Celebration held on 3 February 2024, Apollo Bello Tanco (Pol), Chief Executive Officer of Avaland Berhad, expressed gratitude to all Avaland homeowners for their support, which resulted in almost 300 conversions. Pol further attributed the success of the campaign to the homebuyers’ ongoing strong support for Avaland’s products which meets the demands of the market. He further emphasized Avaland's commitment to encouraging Malaysians to adopt sustainable transportation and lifestyles.
Commenting on the Group’s sales performance in the previous year and its targets moving forward, Pol stated, “We believe 2024 will be a very exciting year for Avaland as we are aiming to achieve RM700-800 million worth of sales, supported by our ongoing projects and upcoming launches such as Aetas Seputeh, Amika Residences, and Anja Bangi, which have a combined GDV of RM1.3 billion. Additionally, we anticipate a robust year of growth in our bottom line for 2024.”
The Rev Up Campaign Grand Finale celebration was a festive occasion celebrated with the developer’s homeowners’ community to usher in the Year of the Dragon.
