Subang Jaya, 13th March 2024 – Avaland Berhad recently topped out Phase 1 of its award-winning Casa Embun project. This marks a pivotal moment for Avaland as Casa Embun is its first vertical development at its Cybersouth township in Dengkil.

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM209 million. Phase 1 of Casa Embun comprised 482 units of serviced apartments and 16 units of retail units and was launched in the first quarter of 2023. The project has achieved take-up rate of 99% to-date. Avaland also expects to complete the project ahead of schedule as the project is slated for completion by 1Q2025.

Encouraged by the excellent 99% take-up rate for Phase 1 of Casa Embun, Avaland recently launched Phase 2 of Casa Embun which has a GDV of RM202 million. Phase 2 of Casa Embun comprises 505 units of serviced apartments ranging from 550 sq ft to 1,541 sq ft. With prices starting from RM250,000, these residential units come in 2 distinct layouts of either 2 rooms + 1 bath or 3 rooms + 2 baths.

Casa Embun comes complete with family-friendly facilities such as a multipurpose pavilion for family gatherings with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining, a themed playground, a 25-meter swimming pool and children’s wading pool, a gymnasium overlooking the pool, sports facilities such as futsal and badminton courts, a 0.9-km jogging path and EV charging facilities at the carpark amongst many other facilities.

Efforts are also already underway to introduce more commercial and landed properties at Cybersouth, alongside enhancements to existing facilities, which underscores Avaland's unwavering commitment to cultivating lasting value and nurturing a vibrant community within Cybersouth.
